Entering TODOs
Text with a checkbox is considered as a TODO item in Organizer. You can show a checkbox in a text by the following methods.

Enter TO-DO manually
Touch-and-hold to enter TO-DO
Change the default accessory
Change the default accessory (Google Calendar or Calendar app)
Sync with Google Tasks
Enter TO-DO manually
To show a checkbox in a text: select text in edit mode and tap the left part of the text where you see a black bullet by default. Tapping the bullet will change it to a checkbox.

Touch-and-hold to enter TO-DO
Open Organizer's settings from the "Settings" app on the home screen. Locate the "Page" option under the "Touch and Hold" section and set the value to "Insert To-do". Then launch Organizer and touch-and-hold the page for about one second. You can enter text that displays a checkbox.





Change the default accessory
Open Organizer's settings from the "Settings" app on the home screen. Locate the "Text Accessory" option under the "Options" section and set the value to "Checkbox". Then, launch Organizer and enter  text, which will show a checkbox by default.

Change the default accessory (Google Calendar or Calendar app)
You may display a checkbox in text that belongs to Google Calendar or the "Calendar" app. Set the "Accessory" option to "Checkbox" in "Calendar Options".
