Q: How can I select different shapes and emoji?
A: Touch and hold the Shape and Emoji buttons.
 
Q: How can I change Organizer's settings?
A: Use the "Settings" app on the home screen.

 
 
Q: How do I pinch?
A: Place two fingers on the screen while an object is selected.
Then, move the two fingers closer or further apart, as shown below.

Q: How can I show a checkbox next to text?
A: In edit mode, tap the desired text to select it, then tap the left side of the text, where a bullet is shown by default. Tapping the bullet will change it to a checkbox.
 
Q: Can I see enlarged photos?
A: Yes you can. Tap on a photo while in navigation mode to enlarge it.
 
Q: How do I backup and restore data in Organizer?
A: You will need to download "Organizer Sync" on your Mac or PC. You will also need access to a WiFi network. For complete instructions, see here.
 
Q: I get "Network error occurred. Please try again" while importing from Google Calendar.
A: Please access Organizer's settings menu from the home screen and turn on the "Reset Cache" option under the "Google Calendar" section, and then try again. After successfully importing, please remember to turn off the "Reset Cache" option.
 
Q: How do I enter a TO-DO item?
A: Text with a checkbox is considered a "TO-DO" item in Organizer. Please see here for more information about entering TO-DO items.
 
Q: I see duplicated entries in Organizer.
A: Organizer can sync with Google Calendar and the "Calendar" app on your iPhone. If your "Calendar" app is already synced with Google Calendar, you may see duplicated entries in Organizer. In this case, either turn off Google Calendar sync in Organizer, or hide the calendar in "Calendar" app that corresponds to Google Calendar by turning off "Show Events" under the Calendar Options. Q: Does Organizer HD support iPad 2?
A: Yes, Organizer HD runs well on both iPad and iPad 2. The app supports iPad 2's new device capabilities, such as camera.
 
Q: Can I transfer the data in Organizer for iPhone to Organizer HD?
A: You can transfer the data from Organizer to Organizer HD. Simply backup the data in Organizer and restore it in Organizer HD. Please note that, because of the differences in page size, the layout of text, events, photos, tweets, etc. may change.
 
Q: Can I sync the data between Organizer for iPhone and Organizer HD for iPad?
A: Not yet. Organizer and Organizer HD work separately and cannot sync data. We are, however, working on a versions that will allow you to sync data between the two apps.
 
Q: App badge is no longer shown in Organizer when using iOS 5
A: Please open "Settings" app and go to "Notifications" section. There, tap "Organizer" from the list of applications and turn on "Badge App Icon" option.
 
Q: Where is the "clock" icon in text entry window?
A: Please use event button to add a new event. You can change the font, size and color for each calendar. Please see here for more info.
