| A: | Please go to the Organizer's settings from the home screen and turn on the "Reset Cache" option under the "Google Calendar" section, and then try again. Please turn off the "Reset Cache" option when importing is successful. |

| Q: | I see duplicated entries in Organizer. |
| A: | Organizer can sync with Google Calendar and "Calendar" app on your iPhone. If your "Calendar" app is already synced with Google Calendar, you may see duplicated entries in Organizer. In that case, either turn off Google Calendar sync in Organizer, or hide the calendar in "Calendar" app that corresponds to Google Calendar by turning off "Show Events" in Calendar Option.
