Navigation mode
When you launch Organizer, or when you tap on the screen once,
Organizer runs in "navigation mode". In navigation mode,
you can scroll the page, change dates, search text or shows text in a list.
A toolbar is displayed at the bottom of the screen when you tap on the screen.
Monthly Calendar
Tap the "monthly calendar" button to show the monthly calendar.
You can tap to jump to a particular date.
Any dates that have entries will be underlined.
When you tap the year on the calendar, you may choose from the year 2005 up
until 2024.
When you tap the month on the calendar, you may choose from January to December.
You can touch and hold the calendar icon to show today's page.
Weekly Calendar
Tap the "weekly calendar" button to show the weekly calendar.
You can tap the bar where the date is displayed to jump to that page.
Tap the arrows on the toolbar to display different weeks.
List
Tap the "list button" to see the text, contacts and voice memo notes in a list.
You can filter the list items by tapping the toggle buttons
below the list. When you touch and hold the list button,
the list will contain only to-do tasks or "open" to-do tasks, (this
can be customized in the settings).
You can search for items in a list.
You can tap the items to move to that page.
You can tap the check box in the list to check/uncheck it.
Tasks
Tap the "tasks" button to see the task lists and associated tasks.
You can add, edit or delete task lists and tasks. You can also re-order and group
tasks, filter tasks by due or completion dates, or clear completed tasks.
Search
The "search" button is hidden by default.
Tap the search button to search for text and contacts. Enter a keyword and tap the
"Search" button
on the keyboard, or tap the arrows displayed near the text field.
Action
Tap the "Action" button to sycn with Calendar app, Google Calendar or Google Tasks.
You can also export the data to PDF, text or PNG. It is also possible to send the data
to AirPrint-enabled printers. In addition, you can also start the file transfer mode
for backup and restore and downloading photos or voice memos.
Next & Previous Pages
By tapping the two right-most buttons on the toolbar, you can go to
the next or previous page.
Text, shapes, emojis, photos, contacts, copy & paste.
Pinch, rotate, shake, swipe, touch and hold.
Export data, link buttons, application badge
Select calendars, sync, add, edit, delete
Select calendars, sync, add, edit, delete, alarms
Configure, sync, add, edit, delete
Configure twitter, add tweets, display options
Backup, restore and file transfer.
Page colors, size, holidays, alignment, etc.
