You can upgrade the Lite version by tapping the "Upgrade" menu in the settings.

You can transfer the data from Money Journal to Money Journal HD.
Simply backup the data in Money Journal
and restore it in Money Journal HD.

Not yet. Money Journal and Money Journal HD work separately and cannot sync data.
We are, however, working on a versions that will allow you to sync
data between the two apps.
